This is a prepaid Program for Urban Customers wherein customers would be able to recharge their account and then use the available balance for purchase of fuel/lubricants from our retail outlets. For such recharges through the digital medium the customers would be awarded incentives which is currently at 0.75%. Ideally this segment of customers would be extensive users of Mobile Applications, hence an app-based program would be required. The proposed process flow for the customer’s onboarding and fueling journey is placed below.
